Good day friends. Since I am home today due to a snow day for the Upshur County Schools, I thought I would send out an email to you.
I have nearly completed the 2015 schedule for our Chapter of the CGA. I hope to have it completed by the first of March. I can give you the April portion of the schedule at this time.
Sunday April 12th Preseason Meeting/Tipoff outing at Riverbend 2pm
Sunday April 19th at Stonewall Resort 2pm (free round of golf on their new short course) you can sign up with me at any time.
Thursday April 23 at Riverbend at 5pm
Saturday April 25 at Glenville GC at 10am ($25 per player)
The CGA Board is meeting on Sunday March 1st to finalize plans for this season.
We will be playing once again on Labor Day at the Greenbrier and are taking an overnight trip to Alpine Lake June 24-25. I need $50 per player deposit for either of these outings to hold a spot. The cost for the Alpine Lake trip is $120 per person for 2 days of golf w/cart, breakfast buffet and 1 night stay (2 per room), I have booked 8 rooms at this time. The Greenbrier outing is $75 per person for Chapter members and $80 per person for others if paid in full by June 1st. After June 1 it is $80 for chapter members and $85 for others.
