Good Saturday evening to all of you. As of tomorrow we will be 4 weeks from the start of our Chapters CGA golf season. We will begin on Sunday April 12th at Riverbend in Buckhannon. We will start at 2pm with a short 1/2 hour meeting and then weather permitting we will play a 9 hole tipoff outing starting around 3pm.
At the most recent board meeting on Sunday March 1st we voted to lower the membership dues for the upcoming season. This year the dues will be as follows:
Renew Individual-$15
Renew Couple-$25
New Individual-$25
New Couple-$40
The total collected from membership dues will be used to purchase prizes for the outings. We will continue to collect $5 for each outing from members and $10 from nonmembers to be used to make donations to worthy causes this year. We have been blessed each year to be able to donate around $1000 to worthy causes for the past few years.
We have 2 outings in April that are open for signups by email or phone (472-4047).
1-Sunday April 19th at Stonewall Resort (free of charge) 2pm registration
2-Saturday April 25 at Glenville GC ($25 per player) 10:00am registration
Contact me if you would like to signup for either of these outings. The Stonewall outing currently has 41 players to try the new King's Course.
