CGA Post Preseason Notes
Good morning and may you have a great Tuesday,
This past Sunday at the Preseason Meeting we had 34 attendees. We discussed the upcoming season and had a 9 hole tipoff
outing that had 18 participants. They played 4/5 person scramble and here are the results:

We have several things currently open for signup. Here are all your options.
Thursday April 12 Bel Meadows
Cost $30
Registration 12 noon-12:20

Deadline to enter is Wednesday April 4 at 9:00pm
Saturday April 21 Stonewall Resort
Cost $43
Registration 1:00-1:20
Devotions and Prayer 1:20
Deadline to enter is Friday April 13 at 9:00pm
Saturday May 12 Canaan Valley
Cost $39.75+tax
Regisration 11:30am-11:50am
Devotions and Prayer 11:50am
Deadline to enter is Friday May 4 at 9:00pm
By Thursday April 12 we need to know who is interested in:
1. A match play tournament (limit is 16 players) we have 5 so far.
2. Going to Fancy Gap June 19-21. There is 6 rooms at the course. We have 1 room still available for 2 players.
Those going so far are Mike/Natalie Hinkle, Jeff/Lynelle Zickefoose, Ron/Melissa Lamb, Bob/Ellnora Withers and Bob Kritchbaum and Steve Liptak. The cost is $140 per player. We need $50 deposit made out to the CGA.
3. Those interested in purchasing a hat or shirt with the CGA emblem.
4. Those willing to help with a youth program at Riverbend this summer on Thursday mornings.
Remember, we are collecting fees ourselves at every outing this year. You must pay by cash or check only. The check must be made to the CGA. The only exception will be at Canaan on May 12 where you will pay the course.
Do not forget the dress code at most golf courses. No blue jeans, a collar on your shirt.
To enter outings this year you can contact Mike Hinkle (need contact info please use the form on the left, and you will receive a response.). The deadline for all outings other than Riverbend is 8 days prior by 9:00pm.
