It was chilly, windy and a little damp at times but we enjoyed another
day out on the golf course today. Thanks be to God. We had 20 players
participate in the 4 person scramble. Here are the final results:

The next outing for the CGA is next Monday May 20 at Buckhannon CC at
5pm. Ron and Melissa Lamb are sponsoring this outing. The deadline to
enter is Thursday at 9pm. This outing is random draw for teams. We
currently have 20 players entered. The cost is $20 per person ($5 for
members of Buckhannon CC).

The first outing at Stonewall this year is Sunday May 26 at 2pm. The
deadline to enter is this Saturday May 18 at 9pm. This outing is bring
your own foursome. We currently have 21 entered. The sponsor is the
Heaston UM Church. We will be giving away a $50 gift certificate to
the American Mountain Theater to one random player following play. The
cost is $47 per player.

Our next outing at Riverbend is Thursday May 23 at 5pm. The sponsor is
Mountain State Pest Guard (Clay Persinger). Also, speaking of Clay he
is having a Relay for Life Golf Tournament on Sunday June 2 at
Riverbend. The cost is $45 per person which includes lunch. Myself,
Ron Lamb, Jeff Zickefoose and Phil Austin plan to have a team. If you
are interested in playing please contact Clay.
