CGA News and Notes-Monday August 4, 2014

Good morning Christian friends. Thanks for all your prayers for a safe
trip for us to Colorado. We got home yesterday evening. We had a great
trip.
Our next CGA outing is this Thursday August 7th at Riverbend at 5pm.
The month of July was a slow month for our Chapter. We had to cancel 2
outings due to lack of players and 1 was cancelled due to the weather.

Thanks to Clay for taking care of things for this outing.
Also, I want to announce the Players of the Month for July:

Sunday August 24th at Stonewall Resort at 2pm. (Deadline is Saturday

One final thing for today. The Greenbrier outing now has 50 players
scheduled for Labor Day Monday September 1st. We have lowered the
total to 56 players for this outing. We still have space for 6 players
if anyone is still interested. I will be collecting the final payments
at this months outings. You can also send me a check payable to the
CGA. I would like all payments by at least August 20th.
Thanks and God Bless
Mike Hinkle

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. — Philippians 4:6-7 (NIV)
