Good evening. The main question from yesterday's meeting and outing was do we draw for teams or do we let everyone pick their own partners. There are opinions for both sides. My thought is we come to the middle on the issue. I propose that we still allow anyone to play with who they choose. If a team of 3 or 4 wants to play together, then that would be OK. If 2 people want to play together, then they would go into drawing with other single players or other twosome who wants to play together. We will discuss this more on Thursday at Bel Meadows. Also, if the weather is ever in question and I do not send out an email cancelling the outing then you will have to decide on your own to go or not. If I cancel the outing I will send out an email as soon as I can and I will also call the course to let them know. That way if you call the course they will know if it has been cancelled for the day.
