Good morning. The final 7 outings of the year are in
September/October. The first of the seven is next Monday (Labor Day)
at the Greenbrier Resort. We have 49 players scheduled to play. Please
plan to arrive around 11am. We will have a table set up for
registration near the driving range/putting green. We will start the
preouting program at 11:30am.
We have one more outing at Stonewall this year on Saturday September
20 at 1pm. The deadline to enter is Friday September 12th.
In October we have an outing at Lakeview Resort on Tuesday October
14th at 11am. The deadline to enter this outing is Monday October 6.
We currently have room for 23 players.
Our annual Match Play tournament is Saturday September 13th at 8am at
Riverbend. We will have coffee/doughnuts from 8 until 8:30am, have
devotions and prayer and draw for pairings starting at 8:30am and plan
to start the first round matches at 9am. This will be a 2 person
scramble format (9 hole matches). All players are guaranteed 18 holes
with the final 2 teams playing one additional 9 for the championship
of the day.
